I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. I was notified 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the carpet cleaner who was obviously experienced in what he was doing. He answered all of my questions and gave me advice on spot cleaning on my own. I was extremely happy with the cleaning results especially when the carpet dried with no stiffness. Zerorez is now MY carpet cleaner.

non toxic for children. Carpets looked great after you cleaned them and have stayed clean for much longer than with other carpet cleaners I have used. You were able to get a number of very difficult stains out.

Josh and Jack were very curtious, explained the service and how the process worked. They walked the carpet with me to find out any stains that needed special attention. They asked questions about when the carpet was last cleaned and old it was and recommended the special coating, but were not pushy with the sale. The carpet is a very light tan color with speckles and it came out great! and it also dried very quickly.
