The initial cleaning was under parr, but when I requested that some of the work be redone, Toby made Zerorez the carpet cleaners to use in the future.

I actually took a bit longerto respond to this than you are probably use to. I wanted to make sure stains were not reappearing, etc. I am pleased to report that they are not. I was disappointed that areas I was hoping would be "cleaned" could not because they are " worn" and not dirty. Thoses ares atill look bad but not because they are not clean. Other than that, we are pleased with your professional cleaner and his services.

The two young men who cleaned my car seatcovers were more than outstanding. I loved the smell of my car after it was cleaned. I had spilled a milkshake on the seatcovers and the stain was there quite a long time and now it is all gone. Just an outstanding job. I will be glad to give a reference.
