Carpet clean in spots that had not been removed by other professionals. Thought there would be too much for one technician to do but Andrew showed me differently. He was professional and personable and most of all, skilled!

That it didn't take long, the carpet came out cleaner looking than I thought it would, the two cleaners were very nice & professional.

Carpets are soft when cleaning is finished. There is no odor and the carpet dried quickly. The person who cleaned my carpets was knowledgeable and very professional and took care not to mark my walls.

NO chemicals! No odors, no "crackling" after drying, cats don't avoid the "cleaned" carpet, looks very good (and our carpet is about 9 or 10 years old); and, you said what you were going to do, answered all my questions clearly and satisfactorily, you arrived when you said you would arrive, you phoned first as we requested and, finally, you did what you said you'd do and did it very well. I really liked and trusted the technician, Ryan Maine. He did a fantastic job and my couch, which didn't look bad before, looks brand new. My area rug looks very nice too. It feels so good to have a deeply cleaned couch. It smells fresh too. :-)

The special focus and treatment on soiled pet areas, as they can turn up with a new puppy, adopted dog, or a senior dog. It is nice to know there is a way to remove the odor and residue and to deep clean so that my carpet indeed looks new again. I have a quality carpet and did not want to replace it. Thanks!

The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was most professional and accommodating. The whole process didn't take much time and seemed efficient. The spots were all removed.

It did take quite awhile to dry.

The carpet felt clean, I mean I waited a couple of days so I could see if it was a deep clean and if the carpet felt stiff like when it drys from soap. it feels great. But the worker was what sold the job you could tell he new what he was doing, He worked the bad areas over 2 and 3 times and that showed me he cared about his work. The outher thing I noticed is the equiment was clean evan in side the truck lol.

The guys - Dean and Jack - were neat, clean, polite and hard working. - the job was finished quickly. Our carpets look great. Thanks.
