Im not sure yet. I had a spot by the back door that I had to clean myself and I have a small spot by the refrig that they missed. I also wish they had told me about the carpet being so wet that it had many humps in it. I was worried sick that I would have to have it restretched. carpet looked clean upon completion, and dried quickly. Russ showed me difference of where he had cleaned and where he had not yet gotten. It was obvious the cleaning was working.

Our carpet is several years old and it looks fresh & clean again! Zerorez was on-time and efficent.
The carpet was damp, but not wet like after other cleaning systems. I also appreciated the "plastic booties" we were given to wear over our shoes until the carpet was completely dry.

Although a half hour call of arrival time is good, a shorter window for arrival time should be possible.
Customers should be advised of the paperless billing system when making an appointment. Some may prefer to pay by check instead of credit card.

The fellas did a great job on old carpet. It isn't perfect looking, but then it's never going to be due to it's age. They were courteous and friendly and I'm very pleased with job they did.

Dean really worked hard to explain the difficulties with my carpet and he also worked really hard to clean the carpet, repeating the cleaning process, so I (and he) would be completely happy with the results. I like the non-residue cleaning process as well.

I am very happy with the outcome of the way my carpet came out. I would also like to comment out the gentlemen that came out (Ryan and his partner - ?) They were very polite. I liked how he (Ryan) took the time to explain all the different procedures with me and went over all the problem areas that might be an issue. He even spent time going over it again on the phone with my husband. Owning a service company, I know what it is like to find a decent tech and you sure do have what I consider an asset to your company. Thank you so much for your service.
