The technician was very friendly and I was impressed to see most of the pet spots come out. He did tell me that he may have to come back to re-do one particular spot that our dog likes... :) So I was prepared when I saw it wasn't completely gone, but overall I was extremely pleased with the service and the job.

All my carpets came out very clean and fresh. I was most concerned about my tile flooring in my kitchen because it's a high traffic area and the grout was very dirty. But it looked like new when the technicians were finished with it. It was well worth the investment.

Cleaned up our carpet very nicely and the crew was great! They willingly came right back after they had packed up and I noticed a couple spots that didn't initially come out. They set their equipment back up and got them out. Also very reasonable for the quality.
