Raymond Martin, the living surface specialist, did a very thorough job cleaning our air ducts and carpets. Our air ducts had never been cleaned before since the house was built and so there was a lot of debris in there. He went out of his way to do a very thorough job cleaning them. I am also very impressed with the way my carpets look after being cleaned. It feels very clean and fluffy just like it did when it was new. When I run my hand over it, I can't feel any residue like I usually do when I have my carpets cleaned. I noticed that the wand he used was more powerful and did a better job than what other companies use. I really like it that there's no soap in the water they used. It was very effective at cleaning. Raymond was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He was more than willing to answer our questions. I definitely will recommend your company to my family and friends and I will call you again when I need my carpets and air ducts cleaned. It is so nice to have clean air coming out of my air vents when the furnace comes on.
