Our carpets aren't exactly new and when stains appeared after the cleaning, the technician came back out and worked hard to remove them. The carpet now looks very good.

I was in the carpet business. Tech. Was knowledgable. Did a great job. On time. Hard worker. Like the high alkaline water treatment method. I don't believe I was told about an $11.00 water charge until bill was presented. Other than that I will use zeroes in the future and already sent you a new customer, my neighbor!!!!

I like that no chemicals are used, but my carpets are really clean. Rick went out of his way to stay late to stretch my carpets and they look great now. This was another thing on my "to do" list that got done without having to make another call and appointment.
