The gentleman who picked up our carpet was very professional and said turnaround time was 6-8 weeks. We tipped him of course.

On 9/11, my husband texted your company asking for an ETA? Response was ‘2-7 weeks.’ My husband replied ‘that’s a wide range’ but didn’t get a response.

9/13, I called and spoke to Tessa. She said she’d get back to me that day, or 9/14 or today, 9/16. At 4.44 PM today, having not heard from your company, I called again. Tessa answered. She said ‘I don’t understand why nobody got back to you.’ Huh??

She said as soon as I hear something, I’ll let you know, is that ok? I said, not really. I relayed that we had spoken on the phone on Thursday.

She said she called me tomorrow with a follow up.

Carpet is very clean and the person who did it was friendly, helpful and professional.

We like the thoroughness of the carpet cleaning and the fact that strong chemicals are not used.
Also apparently there is less water used than by most companies, so the drying time is reduced.
Your techs are knowledgeable and offer good advice.
The person who cleaned our carpets on Tuesday, 8/27/24 was Nick Rogers and he was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. In fact, we have used ZeroRez numerous
times over the years and Nick was absolutely the best tech we have had to our home!

Can't talk much about your product cuz I don't know what was used.
Services were excellent.

The gentleman was very polite and did a great job. Since it was a small job he was done quickly.

The cleaner was very thorough and tried very hard to help me keep my bill to what I could afford. However, I do think the "urine remediation drops" are too expensive and for the cost I can't tell what they accomplished. He did tell me at the end they wouldn't stop the odor.

Nice worker and the use of mainly only water.
