The product was good - The Tech was amazing - better treat outstanding techs like him well- very professional, thorough and polite - I have had some very bad carpet techs in the past -that obviously didn't know what they were doing -

You employees are always polite, and efficient. My carpet was cleaned sufficiently and thoroughly again!
I will say I am disappointed that your service vehicles are not equipped to go in snow! This IS Colorado, and there will be snow in the winter and vehicles need to be able to get up snowy driveways that are not always FLAT!
That notwithstanding, I am very happy with the work that Harry and Ryan did on my carpet, which had a stubborn blood stain!

Excellent service and amazing work!!!

The service was on time (in fact early). The job was excellent. The serviceperson was able to clean blood spots and normal dirt. It dried quickly, I have before and will continue to recommend you to family and friends. The price is very reasonable.
