They did a great job explaining the service and the technician arrived on time and explained the process and worked with me and my dog so that he could get the job done while I was at home with the dog. I like the demonstration material they have to show what carpet protection looks like vs no protection. It made my decision to add on a this feature.

It's refreshing that you use nontoxic products to clean the capets. It's reassuring not to have to deal with heavy duty chemicals. The service person who came to clean the carpet was respectful and explained the procedure before the cleaning.

There were a variety of treatment options/levels to meet our needs (particularly around our pet cleanup). This was the initial reason I looked into Zerorez - we couldn't hire just a standard carpet cleaner.
