He also explained the cleaning process and gave us information on drying time, when to put the furniture back in place and the importance of vacuuming the carpet after the cleaning to remove particles brought to the surface of the carpet during the cleaning process.

They did a great job! The tech was very professional. My only complaint was that the time window was not followed and so it completely interrupted our very busy moving schedule. He was an hour later than the latest time in the window.

The technicians that have provided various services have always been professional. I only have one less than perfect piece to share... I was under the impression that when I had the dryer vents cleaned the dryer (interior/under) itself would get vacuumed. That did not happen. The last time I had my dryer vents cleaned (by a different company) they cleaned all dryer vents as well as the dryer itself. I presumed the service would be the same. with Zerorez and should have clarified. I want to also add that the tech that cleaned my air and dryer vents was indeed professional, friendly, knowledgeable and timely, which I do appreciate!
