Was easy to schedule. Appreciated being able to have the mobile unit go to Ackermans Furniture to clean my chairs as I live out of state and was staying in a hotel in Denver. After the upholstery cleaning was complete, the technician called me, gave feedback on some minor stains, and sent me photos before sending the invoice and walking me through the payment procedure.
