Joe, the service rep who came to our home was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job cleaning a rocking chair we are gifting to my son and daughter in law! We were very happy with how the chair turned out, especially because it’s a cream/ white fabric and delicate fabric so it felt like it may be impossible to get it cleaned up well and he definitely did the job!!
We like that the cleaning process is free of chemicals and heavy soaps. It feels safe for our family and pets but is also very effective. The bio active enzyme cleaner for pet stains is awesome too and worth the money if that’s what you’re dealing with. Don’t try cleaning it yourself first! We have learned so much from the knowledgeable and friendly technicians!
I contacted zerorez because we just moved into our house and the previous owners left the upstairs and our bedroom smelling strongly of dog and it was driving me crazy. Whole is only been a couple days since our treatment, the dog smell appears to be gone and overall our carpets just look so much better.
