A punctual employee who arrived on time and was ready to start. He quickly assessed the layout, answered questions, and gathered his equipment. The job had some unexpected interruptions involving a neighbor's two dogs who escaped and had to be caught and held in this house until their owners were notified, requiring a change of carpet cleaning plan. Tristen was able to adapt and be flexible with the changes. He finished the cleaning, and the carpet looked and felt new and clean.

I’ve used your company for years, but this time for some reason the carpet was really soaked. I mean really really wet that does not usually happen.

No chemicals and Bill our technician was so professional & respectful of our home.

No residue...prices have gotten incredibly high for the amount of surface area covered, so I'd do it more often if it was more affordable.

My dad's carpet was very dirty from spilling coffee and food due to the fact he is 94 and visually impaired. He recently moved to assisted living so I am selling his condo. The carpet was as dirty the last time it was cleaned and Zerorez worked their magic making it look new again. This time was no exception. The cleaners called ahead, were on time and made the carpet look new again. My only issue is that it was still damp the next day so maybe it received a bit too much water. In any case it's clean and I am happy.

Carpets came out very clean and when hose left blue marks on my stairs from their hose they were very responsive and came out and made it right. Highly recommend and love that they don’t use chemicals to clean carpets.
