Called in thinking I'd get a reputable company. Instead, I felt like I had been scammed. I wss advised to get pet treatment to thoroughly clean carpet.I was advised they could treat areas for pet urine @ $75.00/spot the size of a basket ball, which would be over $500.00. Then, I was offered another treatment to clean the fibers of the carpet. Since the spots would return if i went with the $99 special. Wound up spending $250. & they did not get the smell out.
Disappointed that I heard about Zerorez on a Christian radio station.
Would have liked carpet thoroughly cleaned for what I paid.
Zerorez was short staffed on day of. My Technician came 1.5 hour early completed work within minutes, seemed way too quick for 3 bedrooms..
The technician was able to clean the carpet,tile and wood flooring. He was very professional, informative and did excellent work!

Like product and people are nice
I like that you use natural product, and the explanations are great. However, the odor that was in the front room remains after the deodorizer you use wore off, which was yesterday! And the spots I showed the technician remain

Technician was lazy. Didn’t move anything unless I was in the room asking him to. Also told me he went u see a rug but he had not.
Zerorez does an awesome job of cleaning carpets and tile. Their system is clean and doesn't leave odors or residue behind. There are enough chemicals in our lives from other sources, so when a cleaning company who doesn't use chemicals is able to do a better job than the other guys, that's the company I would trust.

I like that no soap is used, so no residue. It is very reasonably priced, and Chase, my technician, was very professional and informative. He did an outstanding job.

The carpet was hard and crusty after it dried. We have used Zerorez many times before and did not have any problems before. Can a different technician please redo the job?
