I had a temp quote on the cleaning but when the carpets were done it was much higher cost. No furniture was moved so very little of the room carpet was cleaned yet I was charged extra for a room more than 200 square feet. Plus added trip charges, etc. that are not mentioned in the sale price. Was disappointed in the charges for the amount of carpet actually cleaned in the rooms. Sigh.
Several spots were not removed. Looked ok when wet but still there after drying. Expected a carpet cleaning would do more than a wet vacuum cleaning.

Every person I have dealt with, from the person who answers the phone to the person who performs the actual service, is always very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I have used ZeroRez for years and highly recommend them to everyone!

Price point is great! Customer service over the phone is super helpful and very accommodating! Communication is great as well! The tech who came out was so nice and did a wonderful job for us. We were very impressed with him! I will certainly use y'all again for my home and business!

Technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. My carpet looks clean--all spots are gone. The customer service person was also friendly and knowledgeable. I received a quote and an appointment time that worked with my schedule. A friend referred me to Zerorez. I will definitely refer others and use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Clean product and polite people
The tech was very friendly and nice however when I made my appointment so many things were not told to me like a stain is 75 extra....how long it would take to dry, its been over 48 hours and i still have some dampness in areas. It should be made known up front how long it can take to dry....definately not 6 to 8 hrs. I had fans running, a/c on 70 until it got colder out and the a/c shut off,

What a wonderful experience. The technician explained everything to me. Showed me pictures and video. Kept things clean. Very pleased. I have already told many friends.
Everything was great with one exception. I was text a time from 8-10. I called at 930 and was told it changed from 1-3. Caused issues with my planning-not terrible but I did plan around the text that said it would be 8-10am!
The most friendly service I’ve ever received. The communication was perfect. My tech was very professional and did a wonderful job. There is just no cleaning like a Zerorez cleaning!

From the moment our agent showed up at the door, until he pulled of the drive-way, I knew my carpets and tiles were in good hands. He was courteous, respectful and extremely helpful. I love that my carpets are clean! I love that there are no harsh chemicals for my grandbabies or dog. I love that the technicians are professional and clean up after themselves. They are polite. They come and get the job done and leave!
