After the initial service, Zerorez took ownership and came back to redo floors without any additional charges
The service was good but they were hours late.
Cesar was very good at removing stains and I would use him again.
Carpets came out better than they were but not really “clean” like I was expecting. I’ve used other “conventional” cleaning services in the past with better results. I guess I was expecting more from zerorez, and was a little underwhelmed with the end result.

Rapheal was my technician. If every business had an employee like this, our economy would be thriving and he exudes professionalism, knowledge and overall satisfaction for the client. Although my dryer was connected prior to leaving, and oversight, a technician came by the next day and rapidly hooked it up. Overall a great experience.

We paid extra for the pet treatments. 48 hours after the treatment my house smells like dog pee. It didn’t smell before the treatment. I’m hopeful this is part of the drying process and that it’ll dissipate soon.
