We had to wait 2 additional days before service and we suspected that day was not going to happen. Zero Rez provides a service. We happen to be in the service business also and would not be in business BS ING our customers. No Thank you we will go somewhere else the next time we need fo have 5 rooms of carpet cleaned.

The young man that did my service was outstanding. He was on time, explained what he would do and did extra for my carpet. I could not have asked for better preparation from your company than him. I told him I was sorry I had no cash and that your billing system doesn't provide a option to tip. Please let him know how much i appreciate the service he provided.

Zerorez always does a great job! It’s amazing how clean the carpets look and seal, after they have been cleaned with only water! They always do a wonderful job and dark very friendly and professional. This is the only company I’ve use to clean my carpets since I purchased them in 2012.
