Excessive Charges for 1 hour of work. Stains were not removed and just excuses why none of them could be removed.

Our carpet is almost white. Zerorez always makes it look like new again. The technicians are great (we always request Seth).

Your ad says 3 rooms of cleaning, your staff on the phone mentioned that the deal for cleaning was for 3 rooms, each up to 200 square feet. That looks to me like upto 600 square feet of cleaning. I had 2 rooms with a total square footage of 470 square feet. I was charged 30 extra dollars for one of the rooms which was over the 200 sq ft limit, but given the fact I only had 2 rooms, I was assured that this would not be an issue. I was then charged an extra $60 for a hallway (70 sq ft) and a small (6x6) area rug. All totaled I wanted a "special" from you for my 2 rooms at $90+ tax, ended up with a $237 bill!! My wife was at home for the service and was completely taken advantage of. I would have thought that the person that came in my home could have thrown in the small rug or hallway or something since we were no where near the 600 sq ft of cleaning that is advertised. The cleaning was good but the personal service and horrible. Admittedly my wife added the additional rug, but the shock of a bill three times what is advertised leaves a poor taste in my mouth and I will be using other professionals for this service in the future. When you review this just know that simply letting the customer know what the final tab would be BEFORE the service would have allowed us to make a decision on using your service. Frank honesty up front! The sticker shock was more than I can stomach. I mean seriously, 3 times what is advertised! Bait and switch. I will not be recommending your company.

Products are safe and environmentally friendly - good for 4 legged and 2 legged beings.

Pricing is a bit steep.

I was pleasantly surprised the traffic areas were revitalized. The three year old puppy accident stains are completely gone. I can delay replacing the carpet thanks to you.

Cleans carpet very well.

I understand that you want your technichians to upsell. I would have appreciated if he would haveasked before he tried to find dirt in one of my Persian rugs that was rolled up. He never put it back the way he found it. Then he tried to clean some grout in the bathroom. Again, he should have asked first. Suppose it was teribly dirty and now part is clean the other is not. Frankly after he didthe bathroom, he never said how much. Again, did not appreciate not asking first.

The service is a bit pricey, especially in this economy. However, the service was excellent, the carpets are clean and the shower is much easier to manage. I am anxious to see how long the "clean" lasts. As this is only the second day, I can't really judge the quality of the work. Please contact me in 3 months so I can give a more accurate assessment.
With so many other services available I would think the pricing would be more competetive or you would have volume/referral discounts.

It was only the price for add-ons. I thought they were way over-priced.

I don't feel the techs did as well in the two bedrooms as they did in the front two rooms.

The ads should mention that there will be an added cost to remove stains. My stains came back as soon as the carpet dried. This is much like the other cleaners we have had. Over all the crpets looked better, but the main reason I would reccomed, or call agin myself, is Luke, the young man that cleaned my carpet!

Your company gives efficient service - before, during and after cleaning. Your service techs were efficient, articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. The carpet-stretching was a service we didn't know about beforehand but one that made a big difference in the way all our aging carpets looked afterwards. And the cleaning, with no pre-spotting, was thorough and effective. Next time, we'd opt for pre-spotting, but the result was excellent even without it. Also, our area rug looks like new. I was satisfied and impressed.

The fact that there is no soap products in the cleaning solution.

Carpet came back to life after they were cleaned

Nice person and worked hard but our grout is still not clean in spots. We are appreciative of the work but not completely satisfied with the end result of our kitchen grout.
