The bids to clean my area rugs were at first almost $1500, later, the technician said he'd clean all for around $643. When they left, I looked at the ad in the newpaper and it said "4 rooms of carpet cleaned for $99". I am wondering, what could be the difference between cleaning 4 area rugs or cleaning 4 rooms of carpet? Interesting that it was soooo much more money than I thought it would be. You can call me or email me.
The carpet looks amazing now!
Your carpet cleaning was excellent! The after care regarding my Cleaning Kit I ordered was sub par. After waiting 2 weeks to receive it I called a total of 4 times before I could get a manager on the line to enquire about it. I was disappointed in the amount of cleaner vs cost but hopefully it is as wonderful as claimed .

It was just very expensive and most of the stains we had were still there, but overall the cleaning was good.
Jamel, was very helpful and did a wonderful job on our carpet!
If I ask him to do extra cleaning in certain areas he did!
I really thought I would have to recover by sofas since they were so soiled, however Joe Vasquez worked his magic on them and they are like new! My carpets came out well also. The grout on my kitchen floor was cleaned and i thought it was dark grey and now it is light beige-what a dramatic change!! Next time you come out(and i will use you again) I will request Joe as my tech because he was so professional and a nice young man also. I really do believe the ads on the "Jodi Dean & the morning team". I use to clean my own carpets-not anymore! Other companies cannot compare with your service and product. Thank you so much.
I like that there are no chemicals. Service is always good.
I chose Zerorez based on the advertisement I heard on radio station WRR 101.1. After the service man applied the pet urine removal, the scent was very good smelling. He was prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. The carpet was completely dried within 8-12 hours and I'm quite pleased with the results.
The employee who cleaned the carpets was very professsional looking and very professional in his manner. The overall process was not very inconvenient at all. My first impression of the cleaning system seemed very effective. "Time will tell" if the system truly deep cleans carpets without adding to wear and tear to the fibers.
Brad came at the appropriate time neat, clean, very polite and got to work immediately. the carpets are marvelous to look at, considering what they looked like before. They look new again.
My only concern was the price structure. What was quoted as a special at $89.00 for three rooms ended up costing me $142.22. I was not told about the fuel charge. One extra hall cost me $35. I may be overreacting, but it just was much more than I expected.
bottom LIne, I am very happy with zerorez and will recommend you again. I do think you should advise customers about the price structure before sending a representative.

I heard the advertisment on the radio for the special that was running for x amount of rooms at a certain price. So I asked what it would be with tax understanding that the game room we have might count as two rooms as she stated. She didn't ask me if we had stairs we wanted done as well and I didn't think to add that when getting a quote. But that was fine as I was told it was $5 per step from the technician that came out. Then he told me in order to get the stains out they make this special solution and quoted me a price that was nearly double! So I called my husband to see if we could afford $500 plus dollars. After going back and forth we went for it and turned down the $700 plus quote to get the resistant solution that causes liquid to bead up verses being absorbed in carpet. We just couldn't afford it. I wish the lady on the phone I booked with mentioned that if there were stains they charge additional money. If she did then I would have imediatly known we would have had to go with that due to pet stains and gotten a much more accurate quote to fight the stains. So it felt like the advertisement was a little decietful because they don't mention when you make the appointment about the possible upgrades, ask about stairs, mention that if you have bad stains it would be an additional cost that is much steeper in price. Because if I had realized that I would have said thanks but no thanks because we can't afford it. We were having company the next day so we were in a bind and didn't have time to rent a carpet cleaner ourselves like we had done many times in the past. So after our carpets had dried I noticed after paying the extra money to fight stains that there were still a couple of them left in one room. I feel like if you want to make it up to us you can send out a technican one more time to work on those stuborn area's in the one room with no extra cost! If it still doesn't come out I would be satisfied that atleast you were willing to send someone out a second time to try. That being said I might use this company again in the future and refer it as well.

The tech's went to an apartment that I manage and left several spots on the small bedroom floor upstairs. They did not call me to say they left them, or to ask if I would like for them to be treated. I did not know until I went to inspect the work. I then had to call Zerorez for a follow up visit which cost me an additional $50.00. I truly believe this could have been done the first time. I'm really not sure if they just missed those spots all together but I'm not happy that I had to call back and pay more.
Technician was very professional and friendly and the wall-to-wall carpets looked great. Unfortunately, one area rug and the chairs didn't come clean with Zerorez's cleaning method. All that needed to be cleaned on the kitchen chairs was the cloth covered seat on each one and the stains were not removed. Although the area rug was treated for pet stains, it still smelled very much like pet urine.
that is the best our carpet has EVER been cleaned and for about 50% of the cost. Great JOb! You have already been recommended to friends and colleagues.
I was very happy with your service--thank you..
The verbal quote that I was given over the phone when I initially called was very different
from the amount I actually paid. I was quoted $130.00 less a hall cleaning coupon of $30.00.
The technician quoted $200.00 plus tax and that is what I paid. He did a good job and the spots are gone. Name removed
Zero Rez offered a highly effective treatment plan plus a wide variety of services offered. Booking was efficient, reminders were great, use of technology in your booking, confirmation, rate quote and follow-up were excellent. My technician, Luke, was educated about processes and treatments and professional.
Zerorez took an area rug to clean for me because they couldn't clean it on my hardwoods. After four weeks, I contacted them. I had not heard anything from them. When I called that day, my rug was ready and they delivered it same day. The rug was in my home for one day when I started to smell urine in the rug from. How could it not be cleaned for this amount of time? Keep in my mind I paid a lot of money for pet treatment of the rug in addition to it being cleaned. They came next day and picked the rug up. Another 4-5 weeks passed. You think that service would have been a quicker the second time around, but NO I had to call them AGAIN. Where is my rug? I was again delivered that same day. The rug didn’t smell the best, but I was tired of dealing with Zerorez and customer service I was not receiving. I was very disappointed. I’m doubt I will call them again to clean for me.
The service man arrived and had some instructions to clean our tile and woodwork and it was never discussed when we made the appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that the closet would count as a fourth room, yet after protesting, he decided to do it free. Then after all that, he brought me into the bedroom and said that we he cleans the carpet it would remove the protection and we should put the protection back on. None of this was discussed with the phone call. So the cost would have increased by $60. I did not appreciate the point of sale, all of this should be discussed when making the estimate on the phone at appointment setting time.

In an industry known for bait and switch, Zerorez does everything possible to avoid anything that even appears as such. Prior to commencing any carpet cleaning service a firm quote will be provided for all work that has been contracted. If there are surprises at the end of the service, Zerorez provides a price guarantee that simply removes the item from the invoice so we don’t have to pay for them.
Customer Service,
I recieved your most excellent carpet cleaning yesterday and my carpets do look and smell great. Your team was timely and efficient, as I moved all my furniture out of my 4 room area for the $99.00 special.
I explained that this is a rental home, that really only one spot was related to our 2 years in the home. Justin wetted the spot (where my dog deficated about a month ago) and of course it smelled. He recommended a spot treatment and I said yes. Upon entry into my bedroom, Justin identified a yellow stain - I explained that it was here when we moved in 2 years ago...he smelled it, said it was definitely urine, and stated the spot treatment was necessary there as well. There WAS NO DISCUSSION OF THE COST OF 2 SPOT AREAS BEING TREATED. I ASSUMED THIS WAS PART OF THE SERVICE since it was two spots (about 3 square feet total).
I was told that they mixed extra spot remover and would use the rest - free of charge- on my overall carpet. I explained again, the spots on the carpet were from previous renters and that I was not concerned about them.
I was only made aware of the extra charges at invoice/payment rendered. I was shocked to discover the cost for two spots - only one that was recent - was $195.00. That is ridiculous! This is definitely in violation to your statement about price on your website. I paid the cost, but feel that you totally misrepresent your service with this deceptive practice. Who in there right mind would pay $99.00 for 4 rooms and $195.00 for 3 square feet?
I would appreciate immediate refund of the spot treatment since I did not recieve a firm quote prior to the treatment. The focus on upgrading service, including scotch guarding and tile treatment were also not appreicated.
You may reach me on my cell phone at Phone number removed if you need to discuss this matter further.

Very professional and knowledgeable technicians.....time will tell as to how my carpets maintain the durability of your cleaning.
I left a detailed note as to what I needed done. I signed up for the 3 room special at special.$89., and asked about stain treatments. I was told it was included in the price. I also asked about additional rooms. Additional rooms were quoted at $29. I budgeted for $130 to $150. for this cleaning, so this price seemed good. I left instructions on the three rooms to be cleaned on the $89. special, and I also noted that I wanted the front room cleaned at the $29. When I arrived home, my husband said the cost was $299., but they did not leave an invoice describing why. I called and was told an invoice had been e-mailed to me. I was told that $180. had been charged for stain treatments and carpet protector. The front room I had left instructions to have cleaned had not been cleaned. Therefore the $89.00 3 room special was a total rip off. The carpet looks nice, but the price was double what I usually pay Blackmon-Mooring $130. (every 6 months) to clean 4 rooms, treat stains, and put on carpet protector. A friend said I should try zerorez, so I did, but now I will use Blackmon-Mooring for future cleanings. Zerorez price: $89. special + $8. travel fee, + $180. + tax... no way was this cleaning worth $300. Sorry, I cna't in good conscious recommend a company that charges so more than their competition, and leaves the same results... a clean carpet.
Rugs are clean and dry fairly quickly. My technician was very polite, professional and thorough.
I never got my receipt from 3/28/2012 when I had the cleaning done and paid him with a check
The cost was absolutely outrageous for a non-guaranteed service. I regret it and wish I'd invested in new carpet instead.
My carpet still has some spots on it and I paid $900 which is excessive to have things cleaned. I mentioned it to the cleaner but he said the carpet needed to dry first. So, we waited a couple of days and there are still spots in the rug but not where the wine was spilled.
We hired Zerorez not because they were the cheapest, which they are not, but they are supposed to be able to get spots out of anything.
The carpet is only 9 months old.
The first person I spoke with was great and very customer service oriented. After that, I felt like your company lost site that I was actually the customer and that I hired YOU to do a service. Timing (was fixed in the end!) was inconvenient and service letter seemed to come with an awful lot of rules. Also, carpet service was good and carpet looked great. Feel overcharged for a small loveseat (not that much fabric on this one!) and after it dried it didn't look that great.
The cost was double what you quoted me. I did not trust the person. He blamed the Zerorez office, but it was supposed to be a special. I feel he tried to take care of an old man, but I had instructed the caregiver to call me for approval.

The techs were clean cut and polite - Luke and his partner were excellent. Since I am a first time Zerorez customer, they took time to answer all the questions I had about the service.
