Not sure, first time user
The carpets looked clean overall after the worker left. The biggest problem was the pricing. The customer service worker that I spoke to gave me an estimate. The guy cleaning my carpet gave me a higher price. What he said and what the customer service lady said didn't match. I told him what she suggested as far as pet spots and he acted like it couldn't have been done. That it went by a gallon of cleaner for each spot and she said 10 softball size spots. I had to negotiate with him for about 15 minutes then he finally gave me the price I had originally over the phone. By that time, I really didn't want the service anymore. I mainly wanted an ink stain removed and that was the only thing still left. I finally got the stain out myself with baking soda and vinegar. I wish I kept my $200 and put it towards my own carpet cleaner.
My carpets look great and the technician that came to my house was very careful as he worked among my things. He was very polite and arrived within the time frame I was given
The technician did everything he could to clean my very dirty carpet..... Even going back in one place to try again, with success.
Since this was a rental house we have in Rockwall, it was aprox. a week after it was done before we saw it. Very impressed! Never thought it would look that good.

On time and efficient!
This was for a redo appointment that I already had to wait another week for. I was booked for a 4-6pm appointment time so that I could be at the appointment this time (my mother was at the other one). I received a call at 6:15 that he was going to be 30 minutes out. So I kept waiting. Finally at 7:30 he showed up. I had been at my door for 15 minutes waiting for someone to drive up. When he did arrive, it took him 10 minutes to get out and come to my door. He did an awesome job dealing with me and my emotions over this whole mess. He was able to get a lot of the issues resolved, but I still have stripes on my carpet from where it was cleaned. I have yet to be offered my tile cleaning or my $50 gift card that went with the promotion that I got. I have heard about you guys on KLTY for years and decided to use you because of their backing. I asked the second guy about both the tile cleaning and the gift card and he said he would have to submit it higher up for an answer. It has been over a month and I have still not heard a word from your company.
Hector worked miracles on my poor old carpet yesterday, October 16th, 2015!!!! And the best bonus was Hector was so kind and competent. He deserves all of the credit for being so thorough and professional. I will definitely us ZEROREZ IN THE FUTURE. And I will request Hector every time!!!!!

The issue with my damaged tile has still not been resolved. Nobody has contacted me to make suggestions about how this can be resolved fairly. So although the staff seem very nice, The jury is still deliberating as to whether Zerorez will be recommended to a friend or not...
Excellent work. The best thing was the gentleman that cleaned our house. Nice guy. Excellent customer service. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier
I have had two good experiences with Zerorez, and one very bad experience with the tech in 2013. I came back with many reservations, but the service was great, but overpriced.
