I think you charged way to much compared to last time I used you. I also feel that your employee did not move the end and cocktail tables out enough to get under them to clean the carpet. Using one gallon of Flash mixed should not be that expensive.
I will have to think about having you next time. There are many other companies to pick from.

Your products truly do not leave any residue! our carpet is really clean and stays clean much longer than with other methods we have used in the past. Also, we love that your products are green, and not harmful to humans, pets or the environment! Zerorez techicians are very courteous, friendly, capable, knowledgeable and get the job done professionally and timely. We have been using Zerorez for a number of years now and have always been completely satisfied.
