I have used Zerorez for several years. Cleaning process delivers a clean, fresh look to carpet.

Two small bedroom chairs were not moved to clean the carpet underneath. Now a reschedule has to be done.

Home smelled really fresh and carpet dried fast witha all stains gone.

The techs worked very hard in a multiple duct environment and seemed to do a thorough job.
However, my master bath still has that "moldy" odor that I had hoped duct cleaning would eliminate. Other rooms seem better. All in all, the result of all that hard work was not quite 100%.

Great tools with minimal chemicals, no odors and awesome service. I have had 2 or 3 different service men out and all have provided great service with the best attitudes. Its easy to see they enjoy their jobs.

The rugs get incredibly clean! It is amazing that all the pet odors are GONE!

The service tech was aggressive and on the verge of rude. He made guarantees about the service I do not feel were justifiable. He guaranteed that cleaning the fins on our ac would accelerate the cooling process, and if not we would be reimbursed. How do you gauge whether it is cooling faster or not?
In addition to the lack of customer service skills, the techs stepped through our ceiling twice. They did not report the damage until they were ready to leave and demanded payment even though they stepped through our ceiling. They only reported the one hole to us, and a few days later we found the second hole.
I have no idea if the service made any improvement to our air quality or AC system. I hated the entire experience and now we have to go through the process of getting our ceiling repaired.
I will definitely provide negative feedback to friends and family.
