I appreciate that there are always discount and special offers even though I'm not a new customer. I'm able to get my carpets cleaned because it's affordable and I appreciate that. I also like that there isn't residue left behind by cleaning products. I would prefer that the microseal product not have such an overwhelming chemical smell. I find it a little hard to believe it's safe to be in the same room with while it's drying. However, I'm very interested to see how well it works at keeping the carpet free of stains. The technicians were very kind and went out of their way to made sure the job was done well.

The final product on the carpet and the time was fantastic.
Will definitely use Zeroez again, wish you did laminate and wood floors.

It was an overall good experience and seems to have been worth the cost.

The carpets stayed wet for 12 hours ans we can not walk on them.

Idk, I guess I was expecting a more thorough cleaning. Like all along the edges by the baseboards there is still dog hair from the last person that lived in my house. I guess there is no way to get that close to the baseboards?

No residue and always feel like my carpet is clean. The technicians are always good but the technicians on Monday, were the best that I have had cleaning my carpet and used a large fan to help with drying process. During all of the times I have had carpet cleaned by Zerorez, this is the first time the fan was used and did make a difference in the drying time.

The techs who have come here always have a good attitude and want to make my carpets look as good as possible. I have always been pleased with the results and this week was no exception.

Not sure what happened because I have used Zero Rez many times. This time the technician had some problem with the machine - after it was supposedly fixed, when the carpet dried it has brown streaks in it that make it look like it was rinsed with dirty water. Please come back out and fix it.
