The tech Jimmy was awesome. He was polite, prompt(early actually) very careful not to damage walls or step on the carpet with his shoes until they were covered. He explained all of the steps before he took them and even helped me to move some of the furniture so he could clean underneath it. I would highly recommend your product to friends of mine or anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. If you have more technicians like Jimmy working for you your business will do nothing but grow. I'll see you again as soon as my carpets get dirty!!!

The only thing I did not like, is waiting two weeks for a redo. Other than that, I now realize that not all stains can be removed from a carpet.

More clarity on their price structure. Want sure if a hallway counted as a room, etc. Be better at the tough stains. Wear and tear was handled but a few tough stains remained.
