Clean and fast service. Satisfied
Friendly and helpful, very good job.
Arrived on time (almost to the exact minute promised). Tristan did an excellent job, and was very personable and attentive to my questions.

Non chemical smell
The carpets and tile looked great. Was drawn to you because of not leaving residue behind.
The carpet cleaners left with my carpet soaking wet. I called back the next morning and a very nice guy did come back. I called to speak with the manager and tell her how bad the carpet had been left. I thought at the very least I should have a small discount for the troubles and leaving my carpet like that. She refused. i will not be recommending y'all and won't use you again.
My carpets look and smell fresh. My hand tied Persian rugs are soft and beautiful once again. My bedroom carpet has lost the doggy odor and smells so fresh.
The technician was polite, timely (despite the I-35 construction) and really knew his products. My dogs liked him instantly which told me he was of good character.
I am a repeat customer and have been extremely satisfied both times. Your product is good and the people who work for you, from the customer service schedulers to the technicians seem to really care about their company and the customers.

Dominique and Niaz were the best two staff from your company to do the job, in the many yrs that I have utilized Zerorez. Both professional, knowledgable and courteous. It is also the FIRST time that anyone has ever used a bush to prep the area. The results were excellent. I must say, that some of my past experiences gave been disappointing. Not this time, thanks to these two employees of yours. I was very pleased.

The carpet smells really good and looks so much better. It did not take a lot of time and was simple to set up the appointment and the window of when they would come was good.
The Service Technician came in and got the job done Very Quickly and efficiently. I have used ZEROREZ several times and have been totally satisfied. My 9 year old carpet looks new every time they leave. That's saying a lot since I only live in 640 square feet with two cats and a dog. I highly recommend ZEROREZ. Jim

Lower pricing on a few items. Carpet cleaning price is good but repairs and protection prices are high.
Joshua did a fantastic job. He was polite and friendly and worked very hard on a couple of problem spots. The carpet looks great. It was very humid the day they were cleaned, so they took quite a while to dry; however, the carpets didn't have that stinky, damp, wet carpet odor that is normally noticeable. Fantastic!!
