I like the use of detergent and chemical free liquids to accomplish the cleaning process. The service is also good with consumer oriented and friendly employees doinf the work.

not all areas of carpet were cleaned. Plastic was it placed under furniture legs as other services do. It took along time with just one cleaner. Cleaning did not deodorize.

First, technician said stains would not come out, I insisted that he goes over them once more time, and they all came out easily. It happens to all rooms, all over the house. It's was a hassle.
