The carpet looks and feels great
The Workmen that came out were very informative on what they were doing at every stage. Showing me and telling me what was happening. The process was quick and thorough. The dirt that was in my carpet was disgusting. I was glad to get it all out of my house. I had a few pet areas that they recommended be treated and I would have loved to but I felt the cost was extremely high. That would be my only complaint, otherwise I was super pleased with your people and services.
No soap. Gentleman was very polite and prompt.
Clean, no smell, long lasting. We immediately felt the increased air flow after having our vents cleaned. And having our carpets cleaned several times has postponed our need for new carpets.
