Service, communication and punctionality

I love the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals. I have a toddler and an inside dog, so it assures me that we are not breathing in any toxins (safe or unsafe). I will not use anyone else! My couches look brand new, which I never thought would happen, especially with a 2 year old. My carpets look new too! My son got a hold of some bright pink lipstick he thought would look great in his carpet. It came right up! Gentlemen were fast, friendly and very professional!

I like that no chemicals are used.

However, I did call and say I heard about you guys from the Christian radio station Frank and Starlene show. They had mentioned on the radio that you get two free passes to Hawaiian Falls for booking services. I never received any free tickets and spent nearly $800 on cleaning services for carpets/rugs.

Carpet Cleaning

I was expecting the carpet to look much cleaner, in particular the much used areas, so, I was disappointed that it didn't.In fairness,I First name removed't
know if any other cleanlng system could have done better. I will say that your representative did the best he could.

Arrival at the scheduled time. Technician was over an hour late past the schedule window. I was also promised Rangers ticket when scheduled and have not received them. But, carpet was cleaned well and tech was friendly.

Quick, efficient service and no soapy residue to attract more dirt.

Well, the price was way more than I anticipated even though I knew I had a lot of pet stains but $75 a spot seems a little steep and at $1400 I could have replaced the carpet. There are still spots that were missed (not pet stains) and after 3 days my carpet is still damp.

Our Technician was constantly being interrupted by his supervisor calling him because he was running late. I could tell that this made him feel like he needed to rush. It was not our fault he was late and I felt like things could have been handled differently. I have no problem with the technician, Jimmy, he treated us very professionally and did and excellent job despite the constant interruptions and would request Jimmy the next time we use your services.

I thought my area rug would be completely clean but was told they did the best they could.

I initially sent a response complimenting the two service providers, because I was pleased that my carpet was cleaned properly. Imagine my disappointment yesterday, as I turned on the hall light in the area where most of the carpet cleaning was done. There was a large ugly area on the corner where they sheetrock had been knocked off, leaving the area destroyed down to the bare aluminum. Also, above that badly damaged area, there is another piece missing, a bit smaller and not as extensive. Then, as I looked further, there were three scratch marks on the entry table right next to the sheetrock damage. Clearly, the equipment being used had to turn a corner to reach the front bedroom, and in dragging the equipment into or out of that room, the equipment hit the corner of the hall and table. All of the sheetrock which obviously fell onto the carpet and floor had been cleaned up, so there were no visible signs of damage left on the floor. I thought it very curious that, when they were finished, the helper, not the person in charge came back in with the invoice, and I never saw the person in charge during the time after removal of the equipment. Initially, he was very personable and even sold me on having additional carpet included in the cleaning. Then after showing me how well the master bedroom was cleaned, the first room to be cleaned, he never engaged me after that. I would have understood the accident, but for the men to leave without letting me know of the damage left me with great disappointment and shock. I would like to have the manager of these men call/contact me to see the damage, and make amends. The sheetrock damage isn't something I can repair, as it will have to be filled in by a professional. As far as the table, I may be able to cover the three scratches with coloring pen. At any rate, my opinion of the company has completely changed. The young man that did the work was very nice, however, he constantly trying to sell me additionally services, which I declined. After the carpet dried, there were a couple of areas in the bedroom that reappeared. The rest of the work was good. I kept telling him the den carpeting was 30 years old, and I did not want the extras.
