I was a little disappointed because the ads represented do not indicate there is a certain dollar amount you have to spend to receive the tickets to Hawaiian falls. How very the gentleman that came to clean the carpets was very courteous and did the best he could
The service person who cleaned my carpets was very professional and did a good job. His name was Greg. Only issue I have is that there are still two small spots on the carpet in one of my spare rooms that I would like to have treated if someone is in my Flower Mound area this coming week (week of 6/13/16).

The product speaks for itself, but I was most impressed by the knowledge of the tech,Jimmy. He was very through in his product application and analysis as well as very careful in my home protecting floors, walls, baseboards, and furnishings. I plan to recommend Zerorez to my friends and have them ask for Jimmy to do their homes. Very polite and answered all my questions.

I like the natural products. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
I think the price was very reasonable, but the fact that the extra cost for pet stain treatment is non guaranteed kind of made me not as confident in the product. Overall, the experience we had was great. The time it took was short and the dry time was quick too.
Carpets are always clean and the technicians always keep me informed of any issue they are having with spots on the carpets. With 2 dogs, I always feel so much better when they leave due to the clean carpets that they are leaving behind.
The Tech was very prompt and congenial. He explained everything that was to be done and how the procedure works and helps with allergens and pet odor.

We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past whose cleaning processes have almost always left a residue on our carpets causing them to get dirty quicker than before they were ever cleaned. Consequently,we have wondered about the proficiency and skill level of the technicians. But, Zerorez is different. Robert, our service technician, was outstanding - knowledgeable, professional, capable, skilled and did an amazing job on our carpets. He clearly knew what he was doing and took tremendous pride in his work. Bottom line,our carpets now look and feel clean, fresh, bright ... literally like new! We could not be more pleased with our Zerorez experience ... their entire process and service personnel. Needless to say, we highly recommend their services.
