The carpet looks really good. However, I do have one complaint. They were supposed to call me 24 or 48 hours ahead of my appointment. They never called and I had to call on Monday to ask what time they were coming that day.

No one showed up for my original appointment. I had it scheduled right before out of town guests were to arrive. I rescheduled for the following week but it would have been nice if my carpets were clean for my visitors. Not only that, but the person that was supposed to show up said that they called us and we cancelled the appointment. I believe it was because it was pouring rain and they didn't want to bother with it in the rain.

Send two service people instead of one to larger houses so it doesn't take all day.

No chemicals and it still got out all the spots. My carpet looks brand new. The technician was very friendly and helpful and did a great job.

Pricing is reasonable. Technicians have always done a great job. Scheduling is easy and technicians have always been on time and called ahead.

Professional and quick service. Carpet dries quicker.

Hector was my representative - and was very knowledgeable about products and their effectiveness - and patient when I was bowled over with the cost of a gallon of the Pet Control!! The knowledge of that cost should be given ahead of the appointment so that the rep does not have to spend so much time defending these costs. Hector was a hard worker and dedicated to the company and its services. I would ask for him again when needed.

Drop the environmental few.

I was told that I would get two passes to RH2O water park, but I did not receive them. Please mail them. Also, the young man who did the work (the technician) never gave us his name. I even asked for a business card, but his name wasn't on it. He was very nice, and as far as I can tell, did a credible job - as good as he could do with what he had I suppose. He was very helpful with the furniture. I have no complaints, but would like to have gotten his name when I gave him mine.

Paid $155.00 to have kitchen tile cleaned. Worse money I ever spent, looks horible. Carpet look o.k paid $195.00 to have them done. Supervisor is coming out this Friday to follow up. This was my third time using Zerorez will be my last.

Tech was great and did a great job. Very impressed with outcome of carpet (looks new again) Pet stains gone and there were guit a lot ! Great job good produce. J H

Carpets look great! The 2 techs were very polite, friendly, professional. I was very comfortable having them in my home.

We have pets and we wanted to have a company who provided a non-chemical process.

Our technician, Joseph, came in with a huge smile on his face...very personable. He thoroughly explained the process that he would be following, ever asking us if we had any questions about the products or the procedures. He was very knowledgeable on the products he was using on our carpets.

Carpets cleaned up better than expected!

Our tech was very professional, and did an excellent job cleaning my carpet!

Four days after you cleaned my carpets they came alive with fleas. In the almost two years I've lived here I have never, ever seen 1 flea, let along dozens, maybe hundreds of baby fleas. Not an adult in the bunch. I think your equipment was contaminated by another job and you brought the pestilence to my house. And no, I don't have pets.

The technician was prompt,polite, and professional. He took all the extra time necessary to completely remove several pet stains. I am completely satisfied with the job done by the technician. I will continue to use Zerorez for all of my carpet cleaning needs.
