Zerorez has always come through for us. Your carpet cleaning service is the only company we have used since installing our carpet 14 years ago. The staff is always courteous and efficient. The technicians always do an outstanding job.

The water stain on my sofa is larger than when you came. I'd really like for someone to return and try to fix this! It's awful!
Technician was pleasant and professional. Except for a couple of small spots the carpet looks and feels good. They sent someone back to take care of the few spots. Only thing I did not like was that it took overnight to dry and I didn't realize the process would make my carpets so wet.

Service was excellent, David explained each phase of the cleaning, assisted in moving some small items. Before he started the cleaning phase he inspected the condition of areas to be cleaned and explained that one worn (worst) area he would clean and we could see the results. Our carpet is old and so are we. He considered both facts and treated our carpet and us with respect never intrusive and spoke highly about the Zerorez company. He seemed to be proud to be 0f service. We have told our son who buys houses and does the flip after painting and cleaning, we will tell others.

There is a variety of cleaning services and no soap residue remains in carpets or furniture. The technician (Tyler) who provided our service this week was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a great job.

The service technician really knew what he was doing. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained all the issues.
I will say though that my experience with the telephone rep was less than professional. It sounded like a day care in the background. Having a conversation was difficult. She got my town wrong causing a 1 hr delay in rerouting the tech I did get. I made several calls checking in to my appt only to hang up after being on hold for 15 mins with no response. If it weren't for the great service tech I might not be so positive about my experience.

I was most impressed with the gentleman who came to my home to provide the service.
Your representative could not clean many stains of different origins in two of our upstairs rooms and did not do a good job on other rooms. as. Far as I'm concerned the total job was unsatisfactory since our stairwell looked no better after service than it did before. Additionally, our agreement before the representative began cleaning was that if the stains were not removed, there would be a substantial reduction in the price that was quoted befor work began. That didn't happen. My position on instances like this is that I don't argue or get angry with the worker on site. I just pay the bill and then mark the company off as someone I don't do business with anymore. I hope you have better luck with other customers in the future.
I like the current cleaning product that I am using in the bathroom. I like the
results of the carpet cleaning products that you use.
Most of all, a very nice guy who took care of my carpets. I want Eric Stoker every time! Second, I know he's not putting chemicals into my carpet.

The tech worked very hard to make sure the carpet was cleaned to the highest standard possible. Nobody has ever cleaned it that good.

I had a appointment with u 6/16/16, between 4and 6 pm. no show no call. I was leaving when a young man showed up at6/15 pm. I waited waited no call. Had to leave
I like the guarantee. Disappointed that the full scale pet treatment is no longer offered. Backing, replace padding, clean and seal foundation/subflooring, but still a good product.
