No attempt was made to clean the edges of the carpet around the baseboards and on the stairs.

Deep rake marks were left in the carpet. I've had to vacumn profusely to fix the problem.

Clean product and great service. Only complaint is I had my steps cleaned and only the stepping area was cleaned and not the face of the step.

I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling, and the communication. I was MORE impressed with the technician. He was polite and professional. He explained the process well and our options. He did a fantastic job! Our carpets are well maintained, but 10 years old. They are soft and smell great, and look years younger. I appreciate all the time and effort and the results!!

I never like my carpet as much as when Zerorez has cleaned it.

Carpets and tile ate very clean. Technican did a great job. Office staff that booked needs improvement. Told I could use $25 coupon but day of service I was told I couldn't use because of existing discount. Also, I was suppose to get to pick tickets for a Rangers game but I received tickets in the mail on a day I wouldn't have chosen. Office staff doesn't know how things work.
The technician I had was so helpful, suggesting things that he thought would make my carpets
last longer and pointing out the stains and how to handle them for the future. I really appreciated
all his knowledge and would ask for him again.

Technician added the cost of services that I did not request. My 16 yr old son was here in my absence as my husband was in the hospital and I could not be here myself. A supervisor, Ronnie Bolden has been very diligent in following up for me and has credited my credit card back for what I did not request.
