One of the reasons I use Zerorez for our commercial business is my sales guy Ron Self.
He is a pleasure to work with and he takes care of business. What I mean by that is he takes care of the customer from the sale to the finish to make sure you are satisfied with the cleaning and that everything went okay with service. The gentleman Edward Wallace who was the one who came out to do our cleaning was very professional and did a great job! I had a few issues in prior cleanings, but Zerorez always makes it right!!! That is why I use Zerorez for our commercial cleaning and I use them for my residential cleaning.

The man who cleaned my carpet was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process and the obstacles(with dogs and Grandkids I knew there would be obstacles) the results were more than i'd hoped for so I was very pleased! He was also very respectful and courteous!

The representative did a thorough job and used a spot treatment on a stain in the den and was able to remove it. It would have been nice if we didn't have to vacuum beforehand and get help to move the furniture but the results were great. How very nice to include the cleaning of 100 sq. ft. of tile which was our kitchen/utility room and included in the special pricing. The results were fantastic. Thank you!
