I feel like the marketing is misleading. 3 rooms for $99. A hall 6 foot long is a room? Our rooms are incredibly small. So when it seems like on the first trip it is high balled its crazy. Now... don't get me wrong; the technician was great. But we almost paid $150 for a 6foot hall and itty bitty room and a living room with an 8 ft walkway to it. It just seems like the hook of $99 is misleading and you didn't really mean 3 rooms. You meant some square footage that's not marketed. The gentleman did give us the $99 price and we are grateful for that. I just have a problem with marketing that's misleading. That's all. :)
You guys went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I can't tell you how amandine it was to work with a company who actually values customer satisfaction. Jay was a great technician. He was professional, thourough and worked to make sure I was hapipy with his work. You guys are a great company.

Room looks great!
The service tech was very polite and knowledgeable about the process and explained what he was going to do and the expected results. He worked quickly and all the pesky spots came out of the carpet and I am completely satisfied. I had used another company 2 years ago and was not pleased with the results as the spots returned very quickly. I will stick with zerorez and recommend them to anyone needing to get carpets or other surfaces cleaned. Good Job.
My carpet looks like new. I had my couch, loveseat and rocker cleaned and they also look like new.

Very pleasant professional young man
The technician, Greg, chipped and scored 3 tiles with his equipment. He stated that zerorez would take care of it. When I called they knew nothing about it. I sent pictures and an email after showing the damage. They have not responded. In addition it took a day and a half for the carpet to dry and it looks like the dirt was just moved around a bit. I paid $160 and I still have dirty carpet. We a very unhappy!
They can pay me for the repairs to the tile and clean my carpet right!

It was amazingly clean. It took out stains that had been there for a year or more!
The service tech was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product. My carpet looked amazing after his hard work. I didn't expect it to look like it did, seeing that my carpet had pets stains and hadn't been cleaned in at least 2-4 years. I also liked that it was a "green" company, that my pets would not be affected by chemicals being used.

I paid extra to get advanced service and additional assurances that the pet urine and smell would be addressed. That did not happen. I can still smell and see the pet urine spots in the 2 rooms that I pointed out to the tech. I have no compliant with the tech himself but feel the results of the cleaning were not any better than what I do with my personal carpet cleaner. When I touch one of the urine spots in the office or bedroom and then smell my fingers I can still smell the unclean urine smell. The cleaning cost me 698.00 and I feel like I wasted every cent. It has been since Wednesday morning and I still have spots of carpet in my bedroom that is wet (not damp) but wet.
The tech was very friendly and made sure we got what we asked for.
The estimate for my sofa (a sectional) was $20/ft and when technician got here they claimed it was a natural fabric (this is not a silk or exotic fabric covered sofa) and charged me $30 ft. There was also an environmental fee of $10 that was never disclosed. Felt quite cheated with the pricing. Oh, and i had contacted Zerorez for a special - 3 rooms for $99. The technician didn't not used this pricing when he gave me the invoice & i had to correct that.

I saw your service demonstrated on Good Morning TX and was impressed by how clean those dirty carpets got. I decided to give you a try for my parents house b/c their carpets were quite stained by several food spills. Neither of them get around well anymore, and seeing those stains everyday really bothered my mom. The service tech was very friendly & did a wonderful job cleaning those horrible stains. I especially like the chemical-free cleaning process.
