He is great. I've had stains that no other tech have ever been able to remove. He suggested a stain remover that gets the stains out at the pad and indeed it did.
I will always request him to come to my house.

The choice of adding 2 very small areas to the 99. deal was way over priced. I would have gone for 40. for both but each??? No way.
