While the carpet cleaning service and phone interactions were extremely satisfactory, I was not pleased with the constant upselling and further manipulation in sending products to my home that I did not order. I feel that if I was a man or my husband had been home at the time, none of this would have occurred.
For this reason, I may recommend to a friend but with reservation.

Allowed me to request (and get) previous technician (Ricardo Gutierrez) to clean my carpets.

When I called in to schedule the cleaning I very clearly stated the bottom floor of my home is laminate, and the top floor carpet. Both to include 3 rooms. I was quoted 208.00 plus tax and offered 100ft of ceramic tile for free. When the technician arrived he stated that quote was incorrect as the laminate was 1.00/foot to clean. I called the company and spoke with customer service mgr, she stated she did in fact go back and listen to the phone call and she agreed I CLEARLY stated I had laminate. She then offered me a 50.00 discount off of what was going to be over 1000.00. Due to the fact that my type of flooring was discussed at the time I scheduled and Zerorez verified that, my home flooring should have been cleaned for the price I was quoted, It is not my fault your scheduler does not know how to schedule an apt, and the offer of 50.00 off was a complete insult. I ended up having to do the laminate myself and received nothing as a reasonable discount from YOU, AND I added my stone floor to be cleaned while he was there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW.

The technician was very nice and a hard worker. The problem is that he treated a sample stain to up sell that service. It didn't take out the orange color of the cat vomit so I declined. The carpet is old. Since I didn't do the entire carpet with that service, there is a huge circle of light colored carpet where he tested. Since the carpet already has an orange stain, I don't really care. But I wouldn't want to recommend it to someone else who could get the same results.

The cleaner who came not only resembled Ed Sheerin,who's name is Tyler, he was respectful, polite, and explained why the "spots" in the carpet would come back after about 6 months. I kind of knew why, but it was nice for the honesty instead of trying to get me to spend more money on something that can not be changed unless I pull it up.

I do not know how you do it, but IT WORKS!
