Two days after our appointment we noticed a large spot of dead grass by the curb in front our house that has continued to grow. Next to our mailbox we noticed circles of dead grass developing. To the right of our staircase, going to the front door, is a straight line of dead grass. There seems to be a pattern of dead grass where the hose was laying on the ground and spillage from the tank inside the vehicle parked on the street. This is very concerning to us. I assumed the bid for carpet cleaning was all inclusive, but we were told it cost extra to extract the water from the carpet, which did not seem right. Also the test area on the tile cleaning cleaned the grout really well, but there is a dull film on the tile now that does not come off with regular steaming.
Ricardo did a super job, considering the amount of cleaning he was called to do. The carpets, even though old, look much, much better and the drying time was very quick.
