I selected you based on an advertised rate if 3 rooms for $99.00 . I wanted my stairs and 1other room cleaned and the price more than doubled. Plus I was promised a free tile cleaning and that wasn't mentioned nor did it happen.
The technician was very courteous and made every effort to remove stains and explain the whole process. My carpets look so much better.
We have used Zerorez twice before. They did an excellent job. We had tiles and grout cleaned plus the carpets. We also had pet stains removed. The 2 men that did the work were helpful, competent and so cordial. Thank you Zerorez! SC
I have been a loyal customer of zerorez for years now and was very disappointed with my service yesterday. The cleaning was rushed and had I not seen the cleaner, I wouldn't have even known the carpets were cleaned.

I had a problem with priceing. I agreed with price and service but when the technician came to my house, he was telling me something different. It was lot of confusion. I had to make phone call to fix the problem.
