I really liked the technician...he was great...hardworking, polite, and very knowledgeable. However, the cleaning didn't really lift anything and it looked as though it had. So I said go ahead and out the protestant on and now I believe the stains are sealed.

the individual who did my carpet last year, had a industrial fan that he brought in and used as he cleaned from room to room. this really sped up the dry time for the carpets. However the individual who did it this year did not come equipped with that and it took quite a while for the carpet to dry.
