The tech who came to my home was excellant
Clean smell
The carpet dried with some streaks in it. This could have been an equipment malfunction because we had to wait about an hour until a different wand was delivered to start the job, but the new wand had issues too.
No chemicals
The guy who performed the service was super nice. Explained the process really well and addressed all of my concerns

Technician was delayed due to miscommunication and the wrong address. The technician walked into the house wearing his shoe protectors. Then he walked back outside still wearing the shoe protectors and back into the house on the clean carpet.

I have tried 2 other carpet cleaners prior to going to Zerorez. The others could not remove stains from stairs and upstairs carpet area. I gave up and after my daughter moved out I hired Zerorez to do my whole upstairs area. I was very pleased to see not only did they remove the everyday traffic stains but also those older stains I had given up on. They also cleaned 100 sq ft of tile for me free as a special promotion. Fast, friendly and excellent results what more could you ask for?

My only issue was with person scheduling me. First- she scheduled the wrong date. The guys showed up and they got it changed for me. Second- she explained to me about the deep cleaning for pet odors and I told her it was too expensive! She scheduled it anyway and the guy went ahead and started it and asked if I wanted to add another gallon to it. By that time he had already done it, so I had to pay the $75. I was not happy with that, at all. He offered to compensate by adding a Top spray at no charge. I would have rather not paid the $75. I feel that is a bit deceptive so am not sure I will use this company again. The person cleaning, however, did a good job on everything.
I like that you don't use chemicals, Technicians are always courteous, and you stand by your work.
Attention to Detail, accommodating, and thorough. I will def use them again.

Great service and our rugs look great
I liked the way your products brightened up my furniture and made it look like new. Also I liked how quickly it was dry and ready to sit on again. The people doing the work arrived when they said they would and were very courteous, helpful and neat in appearance.
Thank you for coming out again to check on our carpet after our initial cleaning. Eric was great and I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions. Hence why I'm rating my visit with him a 10. HOWEVER, during our conversation, I asked him a question that no one else was able to answer and he quickly told me to send this response in my comments.
When I initially called to setup an appointment, I told them I only had 1 room of carpet and they said the minimum for $109 for services. No problem, so I started asking what other services you provided. After realizing you also did tile and grout cleaning, I went ahead and scheduled that as well, but they said the technician would have to evaluate how much sqft of tile we'd have. When I asked if my 1 room of carpet would still be $99, they said yes, that is the "minimum for carpet". Even if I add on other things? The answer was still yes. Hmmm.
When the technician arrived the next day, he said he normally does commercial not residential but his appointment had been cancelled so they sent him to my house instead. So I asked him about the $99 for 1 room of carpet. He said he didn't know what the residential minimums were and if that is what the person on the phone said, then that must be correct. In addition the person on the phone that I setup the appointment with said that he'd put notes in my account on my appointment, telling them what issues I had with my carpet. No notes were recorded and the tech said he hoped he could get my stains out, which he almost did.
Still not sitting right with me, that evening, I logged into your website to see if this charge issue was correct. Looking over the options for carpet, I saw that the $99 was for 3 rooms of carpet and I could have only chosen 1 room of carpet for only $39, definitely hitting the minimum with my tile and grout. :( Hindsight, I would have gladly schedule my appointment online instead of calling in so I could have gotten the correct charges. So when Eric came, I asked him about this and he said that it was an error on several accounts and my first technician should have adjusted the amount since I had tile and grout sealer added to my bill, making it almost $450. That is a LOT of money for us that was not originally budgeted.
While I'm very pleased with the technicians professionalism and the ability to do their job (hence the 10 rating since I know that is for their review), I am NOT pleased with the fact that I was incorrectly billed and told by SEVERAL people that it was correct when it was not. So I am sending this comment to see if you can please refund my card and give me the $60 credit I was supposed to have originally received. Thank you.
