Too expensive...

Very friendly staff when setting schedule and Ricardo who did the work order was polite and did an awesome job explaining what was going to be done. And did a great job of explaining after completion. I did use a different company last year but the results this time including the tile cleaning was awesome.

It was a little concerning that the tech requested to use the restroom and then stayed in there for over 15 minutes. Not to be crude but it was unpleasant and unprofessional. He did a good job though. We did not receive the gift card either.

Technician was VERY knowledgeable and so courteous! He did an awesome job. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our decision to use ZeroRez and that ZeroRez was able to accommodate our short notice request to clean our carpet.

Jaylon did a really good job explaining the procedure. He also removed a stain that I thought would never come out. However, today I noticed a spot about the size of a salad plate on my first step that is extremely wrt and looks like something leaked. This spot was not there before the cleaning started. I will need to try to use my spot carpet cleaner to remove it. I also thought the darker edges of the carpet by the walls would have cleaned better. I didn't really know what to expect since I had never had carpets cleaned before this time.

I like the process involved in getting the carpet cleaned. Service tech was very knowledgeable and polite.

My carpet has streaks all over---the soiled spots were not cleaned---the dog spots were not asked to be eradicated due to the huge extra cost. Places look like a car with dirty tires went over it----part clean, and part dirty. I had you before, and you did a good job----Harold was the tech. I was disappointed. It look fairly ok until it dried---Tech said it would dry in 4 hours----not so. My friends saw the result, and will not call you now. I will live with the results---I am 90 years old, so what do I expect?

Technician tried to push very expensive up sell, which felt like should have been included. They also layed hoses on my lawn and killed the grass.

My carpets were 5 shades lighter and the guy who did it (I can't believe I forgot his name) was so awesome and fun!

I liked that Dave explained the technology behind the process so that I could understand. He also did a thorough job. My carpets look great!

Product knowledge and quick response

We had several stains that were old and had been "cleaned" before from other companies. The stains reappeared and were worse. The process of "flooding" the stain and removing it appears to have worked on stains that I assumed were there forever. I was extremely impressed.
