Did a great job cleaning my carpets.

The service has always been excellent. I've used Zerorez for years. They do an amazing job of making my 20 year old carpet look almost brand new! I keep thinking it's time to replace the carpet but when Zerorez cleans them, I change my mind.

Very pleased with my service. Floors were cleaned beautifully, and technician was professional. Service appointment did start late, but was compensated for loss of time. Would definitely recommend, and use Zerorez again.

Our technician was wonderful. He was very polite, professional and efficient!
It wasnt that I was necessarily disappointed. The tech kept telling me what he couldnt do. He said my room smelled like pet dander and tried to upsell me. Both rooms were really wet when he left. For 139.00 for 2 rooms, i just dont feel fully satisfied.
The last time we had your service, the rugs were beautiful snd we could walk on them within 2 hours.
Great job! Great tech! Very nice, friendly service. Only thing that was unfortunate was that the reason i did it in the first place was because i got a coupon in my email for free rangers ticket with service and never got my rangers tickets. Very unfortunate.
