Professionalism of the technicians
Carpet gets cleaned without detergent and dry within 4 to 6 hours. The technicians have done an excellent job.
carpet was left streaked and looked like it was not totally cleaned. walking on it and vacuuming pretty much eliminated the streaking, but I was disappointed that I had to vacuum it.
Toxic free. Stains stay away. People are always very friendly and helpful. I believe the last guy was Erik, maybe. Anyway he was great.
They take care of the customer. I didn't I think the job was done very well so I called to let them know and without hesitation they rescheduled to fix what I thought was wrong. Service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Zerorez many times over the last 14 years we've lived in the DFW metro. In every instance it has been about the Service Techs. You get good people! Always polite and
respectful, and above all, going that extra mile to please the customer.
First technician was condescending and didn't get the spots out on the stairs. Second technician was very nice and spots came out of the stairs, but then came back.

For some reason, my carpets are taking longer to dry than promised.
We had to have them come out twice to get rid of the smell and I think that it is still lingering.
The technician was great. My carpets were severely stained and he was able to get them mostly clean.

Boston was the tech who worked on my carpets. He was very professional and knowledgeable, during the pre-cleaning walk through he was able to give realistic expectations on a very heavy rust stain. He provided a quote prior to starting the job and stayed within the quote upon completion. Boston did a great job on the carpets and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone in need of carpet/floor cleaning.
