I have used your company every year for the last 5 or 6 years. I have always had a great experience. This last time, was not very good. No plastic was put under the legs of the furniture I did not move. Mind you I move almost everything to make it easier for your folks to clean. My carpets are in very bad shape due to my pet. I never expect those stains to come out and I tell the tech that when they arrive. However this time there are stains on my carpet in other places that did not have stains. All this is not that bad. However the two ladies I spoke to at your office were not very helpful. I realize I was trying to ask someone to come back the next day. I explained I only have off from work on Mondays and Tuesdays and I did not want to wait till the next week to have someone come out. I realize that was asking a lot. However I felt like I was getting little help. I am very disappointed. I left my conversation with the one gal that I was getting very frustrated with, saying you can have a manager call me back or you can just forget my issue and let it go. Your choice. I never heard back from anyone.

The technician knew how to explain how Zerorez works. He acted like he liked his job and was good at it. He took time to get stains out that I pointed out. The carpet looks very good.

It took my carpet over 30 hours to dry. I called and they did come out but all they could say was the techs filter stopped up. I think I should have been offer a reclean because if that much water was left in the carpet. Then the carpet is still dirty. They are in unmarked cars and do not show their company ID. More interest in telling me about a job they just did and not my carpet. I never heard from the office. It is just a call center so they do not know anything but to send someone out. EVERY DISAPPOINTED.
Thoroughly cleaned
Technician came out to the office on time , as promised. He was meticulous in setting up equipment so as not to scuff or damage furniture with hoses and cleaned carpet and removed soiled areas as promised. I would recommend ZEROREZ because they delivered as promised.

We can barely tell the carpet was cleaned. Our previous experience was much better. We had two techs before and the lead supervisor was really good. We would request him if we had saved his name. Problem areas were worked on much more and the overall result much better. This time there was only one and we feel the cleaning was very surface.
The technician was curtious, prompt, and thorough. He showed me his work part way through to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Carpet looks great!

The team was courteous and professional. Did great work and were honest with me in what they could do to lower the price. The one thing I would say was negative was that my over the phone quoted price was drastically lower than what it ended up actually costing me. This wouldn't have been as big a deal if it wasn't over an $800 difference. (quoted at around $500, and final price ended up being over $1300)

The free tile cleaning offered was denied by the tech onsite. He stated it that it did not apply to the type tile installed in our house. Tile cleaning was not the primary reason we called Zerorez, but the freebie offered was definitely a big incentive to use them, yet it turned out that the offer is deceptively advertised. To make it right? -- I guess that would have to be that you deliver on the offer of 100 sq ft of tile cleaned free.
