Kadeem Walker was excellent! The best tech so far after all these years! My neighbor asked me how was it and I told him Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used!

The technician could not have been nicer, professional, and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was how wet the flooring felt after the treatment was done, which made me wonder how much water was actually staying in the padding.
I liked that the stains were removed and my carpet looked like new! Also, the customer service provided by Jonathan was awesome! He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing step by step and answered any and all questions we had. He was very pleasant and courteous.
This was the first time we have ever used zerorez. We had three bedrooms and a game room cleaned. The carpeting is cream colored and had some stains in a few places. But they came out very nicely. Alvin was the tech who handled all the cleaning, he was very efficient and quick! He did a great job. We will absolutely use zerorez again!!

My carpet had a few oil and grease spots in one of the bedrooms. I’m embarrassed to say i watched a you tube video showing baking soda and vinegar would remove these stains. Well it left white spots on my carpet. No matter how many times I vacuumed, I could not get rid of the white spots. Zeroes cleaned my carpet and it looks brand new. I’m thrilled because I was thinking I might have to get new carpet. Thank you zerorez!

Anthony did a great job. We had an early appointment for Saturday morning. Our phone system went out the night before so we never heard any calls that morning. We don't think the tech ( not Anthony ) knocked on the door or rang the door bell because we never heard anything. It might be good to make sure all techs knock on the door and ring the door bell.
Good service. We really feel the carpets are much cleaner and more healthy.

From your efficiency in scheduling and communicating arrival to the use of water vs chemicals to the stellar results, I am definitely a fan. The main interaction of course is with your employee who shows up and walks you through the process. Darryl(?) Boston is fantastic. He listened to my adjustment requests, did his best to accommodate and communicated expectations clearly before he started. He has an amazing, contagious attitude as well. He included me at points along the way which helped me better understand what he was doing. Even though I’m a return customer, I was still amazed at the results, especially on some old wine stains. As the carpet fully dried, it just got better and better. My 20 year old carpet looks amazing and it feels so good to have clean, chemical free carpet throughout our home. Thank you !

Good cleaning process
The service crew was fine. They were professional and courteous but the cleaning wasn't worth $200. The surface pet stains are still there.

The service was quick and done correct. We call one day they came out and gave estimate the next morning at 8:00 am they were there on time and finish the job on time for the event we were having.
