Technicians are always so pleasant and do a nice job.
Came at the time the appointment clerk gave me when the appointment was finalized, even thought it was not the preferred time I had requested.

Tom Anderson did our carpets and tile. He took Extra Care to get out stains and to get everything clean. We have really old carpets but he did a great job making them look almost new again. We like the fact that there's not a residue left on top of the carpets but all the dirt and grime is drawn out. The carpets seem to stay clean longer.

We ad our carpets cleaned recently and I had a few questions regarding the cleaning. Management (Caesar) reached out to answer my specific questions. Made a reservation for 10-12 and someone finally showed up at 2. We did get calls with updates but the delays but we had plans we had to delay. The service was great and we loved our carpet's...just not the delay.

The young man, Dez did a great job cleaning our floors. A year or so ago someone from a different carpet cleaning company came to clean our grout in the kitchen and did a horrible job. Dez comes in and cleaned the kitchen floor not specifically just the grout but the grout looked SO much better than the when we had someone come out to clean just the grout. We'll definitely be using Zerorez again. Awesome job.
Thoroughness
Used Zerorez for several years at previous home. Purchased home last month and before moving in had Zerorez come and clean carpets and area rugs. They always do a fantastic job!
Will have them back to clean grout tile. They did a 100 sq ft piece to show the results. It was amazing!
