You can immediately feel the cleanliness of your carpet. Dries quickly.

Your Service individual, (Tyler) arrived one minute early of the scheduled time.
He introduced himself and made a survey of the job to be done.
From that point on he was very professional in explaining what he would be doing and that he would start with a test of the worst spot in the tile to show us what the tiles would look like when he was through.
We were very pleased with the cleaned tiles by Tyler and the Zerorez System.
Over priced for the work that was done.
The price quote was 99 for 3 rooms I cleaned 4 and got charged 224. Plus I was told I got a 50 dollar gift card to place to eat which I didn’t get. The carpets look great and the guy was amazing but felt like I didn’t get what was offered in your email! My address is 1304 Fire Wheel Way, Lantana Texas 76226 if you want to send me that $50

No soap....only water.....leves carpet clean with no soap residue......reasonable price

More promotions or maybe a points system where loyal customers could better afford your service. You were just here a few days ago and cleaned my carpets. We did use you extra pet care in two rooms but other than that it was basic service. Your technician was very nice and professional, but only here for about an hour. The service cost me a little over $500. Really?!?!
Pointed out spots in dining room and they were still there when carpet dried. Had to get on my hands and knees and get them out.

No chemicals and carpet drying time is much quicker.
It smell clean when applied. But after it dried I still smell the same odor that I was smelling before he cleaned the carpet.

The guy who came out to clean carpet was on his phone entire time. We would walk into room and he would be standing on phone not cleaning carpets. Last time you came here we could tell it smelled wonderful. This time it smelled like wet carpet. I spent $250 to have entire couch cleaned good. No difference couch smelled like dirty wet carpet. He tried to keep telling me he couldn’t do entire couch and I said well they cleaned entire couch last time? Entire service was awful. Extremely disappointed. We still need couch and carpets cleaned, as it wasn’t done. We paid basically $500 for nothing. Was waste of my time and money. Such a difference in this Service verses our last service.

The cleaning job was great. My carpet looks like new again. We got off to a bit of a slow start, as the tech's truck had issues. He soon resolved them, gave me a discount for the inconvenience and got busy cleaning my carpet. I am totally satisfied and will use Zerorez again. Thank you, Sebastian for a great job.
