Technician was great! Got stains out and helped address my concerns.
I was going to replace my old kitchen floor tile. While cleaning my carpets they suggested I try their service in the kitchen. I couldn’t believe the result. The floor looks brand new.
Customer service, service person was very friendly & he understood what exactly has to be done.

I enjoy the specials that you have occasionally. Your technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and do an excellent job. The capets are always very clean but don’t stay wet very long. Great company. You are all I use now.
The young man forgot shoe covers( it has been a rainy week); he couldn’t remove spots(I was able to remove manually w Zerorez spot remover on my own as he was cleaning); and entered my master room/bathroom without informing me(it’s a private area & I would have liked to be notified). I found him in there as I was searching for him to check status of the cleaning.
He was a nice young man but the quality and effort of his work will hopefully improve with time. Attention and respect for the privacy of homeowners homes would be a great skill to develop also. It never ever hurts to find us and ask to enter....

Have your technicians honor their word without a fight. Technician and I agreed upon a price BEFORE work began. When he was done he tried to get me to pay more by saying the hallway was longer. Umm you walked through the house and quoted a price. You don’t get to raise the price AFTER the work is done. Took several minutes of my time before he realized that wasn’t going to work. Carpets looked good but this was very unprofessional and reeked of a scam.
I like the chemical free solutions.

We were very disappointed this time with the treatment. Our carpeting was very wet the next day. We had fans one them. An the fellow marked up our floorboards with the machine. I did call the office and they are to send someone out tomorrow and check the carpeting.
Last year when we had our carpeting it didn't take long for the carpeting to dry.
I'm beyond customer service. Mr. Torrance was awesome. On my next service i would like him to do it . He's good at what he do

You guys did a great job communicating the services offered setting up an appointment, arriving during the appointment window and communicating during the process. The technician did a great job, was polite and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and it looks great. I was very pleased with the experience and that the service you office is eco-friendly. I would definitely recommend your services.

I needed urine treatment on 3 areas due to fmy older dog . Treatment seems to be effective. I was surprised at the cost. $99 for carpet cleaning, but the pet treatment made my total over $500!!! Maybe I should have just replaced the carpet

The guys were great. They were very professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. They also cleaned our tile and it looks great. I would highly recommend the guys that cleaned our carpets and tile. They were a credit to Zerores.
