The service technicians aim to provide the best and give complete satisfaction in every way.
The carpets always look great once they've finished. The service reps explain how ZeroRes process is different and better.
The tile was cleaned even beyond my expectation. However perhaps next step is grout cleaning for portions of the cooking areas where it needs targeted hand scrubbing.

I paid $433 and had the special pet treatment done that is supposed to get everything out down to the pad. It still smells and the spots that were treated still smell. I could have just gotten the cleaning and spent less than half of what I paid.

The technicians were very friendly and did a great job at getting some paint stains out of the carpet that I thought for sure wasn't going to budge! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

All staff are very professional. Each step of the cleaning process was explained before the work was done and prices given for each step. Carpets looked like new. Prices were reasonable. I will certainly call Zerorez again in the future.

We have used zerorez in 8/2017 and had an amazing service which is why we called on you again. This time I was highly disappointed with the service we received on 10/20. We told the tec we have 100% wool rugs and he still treated our carpets incorrectly. It’s disappointing as I believe this tec could have easily looked at what was used during our last service and used the same products. B/c he used the wrong products on our wool rugs it caused even bigger stains then before. The fact that zerorez would send such an untrained tec to preform service on people’s carpets is highly disappointing. We are now sitting wait to see if today’s treatment will remove the stains. We spent a lot of money wit my zerorez, and it’s truly disappointing that the tec showed such a lack of understanding of carpet. In order to make this right I would like a refund for the treatment that was incorrectly put on our carpets.
