The technitian was very efficient and had very good customer service
Professional yet friendly people. I like that there are no chemical smells and the carpet looks great!
I was told my time window was 3:00-5:00. The next day, I got a call saying it was 3:30-5:30. I was working 70 miles away at 1:15-1:30 when I got a call saying they were on the way. Told her I could not be there in 30 minutes, that I had things I needed to finish and would need at least 90 minutes to get there.
20 minutes later, she called me again to say someone would be there in 30 minutes (approx 2:30). Told her 3:00 was the earliest I could be there as I had JUST stated. I arrived at 3:00 and did not hear another thing until 5:00. I cut my work day short and wasted 2 hours of my day because of poor communication.
When the tech arrived, he was nice and professional and did a good job in a timely manner.
The best thing is not chemicals. My white carpets look great once you're finished. All the guys that clean the rugs have bee very professional and polite.
The price I was quoted on the phone was no where near what I was charged.

The price increase from $99 for 3 rooms + 2 tiled areas has made me rethink using Zerorez, when other carpet cleaning companies are still under $100 for cleaning 3 areas.
This is the second time you've cleaned the carpets at my home when spots that appeared to be cleaned, re-appeared after the carpet dried. Although you come back for no charge, it is still a nuisance for me to have to go through re-scheduling, being at home waiting for the technician, having to leave those areas unused for 6-8 hours while they dry, etc.
The last technician was not as well trained as previous ones. This one did not put on the little "footie protectors" until I saw him tracking in debris from outside, and mentioned it to him. He also did not use "corner protectors" at the various corners of my home where he had to drag the hoses to get to the various rooms of my home. He also did not provide plastic carpet protectors to go under my living room coffee table until I asked him to. It seemed that he hadn't been doing this for very long, and did not receive adequate training.
The young men are very courteous, friendly , polite, and do a very good job on cleaning the carpet.
They're fast and what they use dries quickly, but does a great job nevertheless!

It was honest! Guy from the "other company" before you was trying to cheat me out of a couple hundred dollars, and your guy-a nice young man, had a straight forward price and did an excellent job! (grout cleaning)
Learn hot to properly clean berber type carpet.
The tech left streaks because he did no clean it at right angles.
Very exepensive, 720 for a small living room and closet, nothing near the radio special price. I understand that I needed to have some special chemicals used because of pet urine, but it was still very high. After first cleaning there was still a lot of pet urine so a second cleaning was needed, which was free. However, even after the second treatment, still had some pet urine that I could clean up with my house steam cleaner. Still have some light staining in my closet as I understand might not be able to be cleaned.
I would have been fine with some pet urine, but I picked up so much after the cleanings that it seemed like it was loosened from the carpet fiber and then surfaced during drying. Overall, I dont have much faith in the empowered water solution.
