The Zerorez representative, Chris, came to our home to clean our carpet. He was prompt, professional, and did a excellent job. He informed me of the products used, procedure, and how long it would take for our carpet to dry. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.
Zerorez has natural products. They are prompt and leave the floors looking fantastic! Any concerns are immediately addressed and their technicians are very knowledgeable.
I was expecting the tech to move furniture...

Love the carpet cleaning but never knew my tile could be cleaned so well! Fantastic service!
My carpets were not in bad condition. Just a couple of high traffic areas. However the one area was not cleaned well as expected. The cost for 2 pet stain removal is a bit overwhelming. I think that my living room carpet could have been cleaner.
I left home directly after tech finished and returned 5-6 hours later and carpet was still wet. It didn't dry until late Saturday evening. This was a bit inconvenient.

The technician, Robert, was very professional and focused. Did a great job.
I had to reschedule my appt. I asked for it to be moved from Tues., Dec 4 to Thirs., Dec 6. I was told that it was changed. I received a phone call on Tues., Dec 4 to confirm my appt for Wed., Dec 5. I told the lady it was not Wed., Dec 6, but re-scheduled for Thur., Dec 6. My time frame was 10-12:00. 12:00 rolls around and I have yet to receive a phone call letting me know they are on their way. I check my email only to find an email stating my appt is scheduled for Tues., Dec 11. I immediately call to let them know that is not correct and that it was scheduled for Thurs., Dec 6. The gave me a time frame of 2-4, I explained that would not work as I needed to be at work by 4:00. They then scheduled me for a time frame of 1-3. I received a phone call at 2:15 telling me that the tech would be there in 20 min. 3:00 rolled around and no tech. I called again, he arrived a little after 3:00. He didn’t get started until 3:15 or a little later. Due to my needing to leave to go to work by 3:45 I felt like he had to rush to get done in time. This was my first time tonite Zerorez as I’ve always used Stanley Steamer. I heard good things about Zerorez so I wanted to give them a shot.......frustrated and disappointed 😞

The open areas are just beautiful! However, around furniture, not so much. I just don’t know how it will look when I move the furniture back to its original position after Christmas and a big square in a corner where the Christmas tree stands. Very nice person who came to do the work.
Polite and careful technician
I hope it really is zero resolution in the carpet. I hope that it does not damage the fibers. The folks who perform the cleaning seem pretty nice.
Schedulers were honest and no pushy sales pitch from them or Jonathan the employee that actually cleaned my carpet. He was very thorough and detailed in going over the process and what to expect. He was on time for my appointment and very respectful while doing his job. He explained my bill line by line and it was exactly what my quote was also. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. Great customer service through the entire process. The no chemical product used does smell slightly of oil of orange but was gone after about 4-5 hours. I will be sharing my experience with Zerorez with friends and family.
Prompt service. Safe. Great for carpet but disappointing when method applied to upholstery and hard surface floor.
