Service was great and added hallway cleaning last minute with no problem. I love that my carpets are cleaned with low chemical levels and looks and smells so much better! No longer like a stinky dog😆

My carpets are at least 15 years old. They really look almost new after Zerorez cleaned them. Our carpet tech was very kind and did a great job. The carpets smell great and are very soft.

What really stood out this time was the technician. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. You can tell he takes pride in his work—he paid attention to detail and made sure every area was thoroughly cleaned.

The technician's communication was above expectations. He not only walked me through what the process was he provided a demonstration. I will use this service again. I was 100 % satisfied.
1) Were not able to remove small stains from carpet in multiple areas in 4 bedrooms.
Have a different and stronger stain remover
2) Left marks/streaks all over the carpets in all the 4 rooms.
3) Cleaned only the cleared/open areas (1/2 of each room and without moving any furniture)
4) It took a day and a half for all carpets to dry - with the AC & fans running all the time
5) The carpet was vacuumed and not very dirty.
Rep was on time, kind, and neat. Made sure it was all done professionally.
My tech was friendly, professional and did a great job.
