We had fantastic service and the results were awesome. He did great job!

We had a nice technician but after two days there are still spots visible on the carpet. The one he said that would not be thoroughly gone (dog vomit) is fine but there are others that are still there.

I have used you several times in AZ and moving across states to TX thought I would use you again , but this will be the last time. Trying to schedule was horrible your AI tried several times to override what the customer service rep schedule for me so over two days went back and forth with schedules . Once the services was scheduled . First air duck and dryer vent was 45 mins late, but he did a nice job. The carpet cleaner, was another story . My bill for these two services was quoted to be just over 1,000 dollars, I paid over 1500 bucks for these two services - what is being quoted and what you are paid are way off . When I comes to couch cleaning it’s up to the tech to determine everything , I stated that I have a 8 seat sectional so by your website when I talked to the rep and she stated it was a that’s a medium sectional . Tech stated large. I just did not appreciate the upsale on things .

The technician was very nice. He took his time doing a great job on our upholstery pieces. I was amazed at the difference.

We have used your services a number of times and always been happy, but I believe this is the cleanest our carpets have ever been after this cleaning. Jesse did the cleaning and I am not sure if he did something different or he was just determined to get the stains out, but he did an amazing job and I really appreciate his diligence because our carpets look great now. There wewre several stains that I really did not expect to come out, but they are completely gone. Great job Jesse! I appreciate your work!

Had our carpet cleaned yesterday. The cleaning done was exceptional!! Our cleaner was just wonderful, very helpful to give advice on how to clean spills etc. Would definitely recommend them and will be using on an Annual basis….Thank You!!!!!
