In my sunroom there were spots where my plants were overwatered and left stains. The technician said that the padding was also stained and he did a deep stain removal for the carpet and pad. I paid $300 extra for this service but the stains were back the next day. Very disappointed. He cleaned two other rooms and hallway and 4 patio cushions. Total bill was $630--much more than I expected.

The only negative we have is that the technician had equipment that scratched our floor. This has happened to us twice in the last few years from your company. We tried our best to cover the path where they were working. Perhaps your company could explore finding a way to pad the couplings on their hoses or something in the future to minimize this risk for customers. Other than that we are quite pleased with the work that was done for our home.

I just felt like it was one price then you get there and a lot of things added, and charged a lot more than what I was expecting. Also the edges and under a tv bookshelf that you can see clearly were missed. Not a fan of the added costs
