The carpet although 6 years old is in very good/clean condition pathways were main concern.

We were happy about the service tech. being on time , polite and answered our questions. The dry try was much shorter than other carpet cleaning companies, and they had their own truck mounted cleaning source . Will defintely use them again and recommend to my friends.

I've used Zerorez for my carpets before and was very pleased with the service and cleanliness. I had a stain on my couch and I wish a bit more time and effort was put into getting it out. I'm not sure my couch looks better or not. Will continue to use for carpets, but not furniture

Did not tell me how much a spot cleaning was going to cost and when it was finished they wanted me to pay $400.00 for a spot cleaning. I was shocked at the exorbitant amount for a spot cleaning and not letting me know up front it was going to be that amount. They did come off the price after the technician saw how shocked I was and not knowing I would have to pay the large amount.
I have used this company for a number of years and had just had them clean my entire condo only two weeks before this accident happened. Thank you.
Had no problem with technicians or cleaning. Did have problems with timeline to clean area rugs and lack of customer service when I had questions. Over a month to clean area rugs, but charged my credit quickly. Additionally, initially didn't send enough technicians to safety complete the job despite my giving explanation as to why one tech was not sufficient. I eventually got my rugs back and in place. I don't see myself using your company again.
They do amazing cleaning of carpet’s. They look brand new.

I love that you don’t use soap and no detergent things that have surfactants to attract the dirt back to that spot, and it’s safe for children and pets it also dries a lot faster I would never allow anyone to steam clean my carpets bacteria grows on warm wet things and when they shoot that steam hot water down into your padding and get your floor so wet it’s guaranteed to grow bacteria down there before it completely dries not good I like the way zerorez cleans your carpet my carpet was completelydried by the evening! I love Zerorez!!!!

It looks like my rug was cleaned with dirty water. I have stripes on my carpet. I’ve always raved about ZeroRez but this visit was highly disappointing. The technician was very early b/c he “was able to get done with other clients faster”. That’s how it looks…like a quick job b/c he wanted to get home. He was in and out quickly which was odd. Not happy at all.
