Daniel was able to get cat urine out of our carpet (that I didn't even know was there) so it could have been there a while. Our carpet felt brand new after he cleaned them and looked brand new. He was able to get rid of all the stains.

I’ve booked service many times and they always arrive in the scheduled time window. Every technician has been friendly and knowledgeable about the job.
Have never had bad experience… unlike some other companies that I have used in past. One company that I will not name didn’t come at all on two occasions. When you have done the prep work and moved some furniture to make ready for a cleaning and they don’t show up leaves a real bad impression.
First off, they are very knowledgeable in the product and service they provide . Due to past cleanings done poorly , much soap was sitting in our carpets causing a problem with dirt and stains. Our carpet was a challenge but they got our ugly stains clean. In fact it’s looks brand new. I won’t use anyone else and will highly recommend to others. In the past our carpets always felt sticky and stiff after cleaning. Not this time. Old stains that I never thought would come out did!! They also taught us how to better care for our carpet and what to use and not!! Very impressed with overall service. See you next year guys.
Very courteous and informative all the way from setting appointment to price to completion of cleaning. Tech was extremely respectful.
Friendly, professional technician. Prompt timely service. Explained how the air duct cleaning service was performed and showed us video of both our units. Recommended additional cleaning of blower upon inspection of unit.
