Product left a pleasant smell. The two men who worked on my carpet did a wonderful job. Paul worked really hard to get out a terrible stain.
It is finally out along with others. The carpet looks like new.

False advertisement $109 for 3 rooms is not true I paid over $ 400 for 3 small rooms and service man said it didn't include for closet. And the service person (Joseph Dickinson) has a very bad temper. He blocked the drive way & I couldn't get out & I asked very kindly if he can move his van a little bit he said that I had to wait till he finish & he made me miss my Doctor's appointment. Also, after he finish cleaning, he was taking his time straighten up his tools & I asked him very politely to let me out & he lost his temper & slammed his van door very loudly & he saidI have been working in this heat too. I didn't understood what he meant.
I have complained about this situation for their phone answering person & he told me that he will have the supervisor to call me that afternoon, but nobody called me. I called the next day & I got the same person & he told me the supervisor would call me that next day. Sadly, nobody called me.

The tech showed up early. He was so efficient and quick. He was very friendly and talked to me about a few stains before then followed up after to let me know he got them all out.

They showed up got the carpets all cleaned quickly and left.

My original appt setter was not a good person thru chat and I never got baseball tickets or orginal offer basically called a lie, my tech was good

I loved the service and my carpets are always so clean .

When I made the reservation, I noted that this was an apartment. However, the technician did not have the proper equipment upon arrival, had to call the office and re-schedule which is unfortunate as now I've got to take a day off work to meet a technician.
Worst of all, he mentioned someone would call me about the revised schedule update and I still have not heard from anyone. Very disappointed

Jay was amazing! He took the time out to explain the process and the products he would use. Throughout the process he kept me updated and showed the how the products used lifted stains. I really took his time and because of him I’ll be calling and recommending the service.

Kevin, the technician that cleaned our carpets, was courteous, thorough, and did an amazing job! We had heavy stains from the previous owners animals and Kevin was able to get all of the stains out in both the living and bedroom. We also added the odor treatment and our home smells fresh and clean. Excellent customer service!
