I always use Zerorez for carpet cleaning as they do the best job in walk areas etc. I used them for the first time also in tile and grout cleaning in a large master bathroom. 4 hours later I went in to see how the tiles were drying and their were 3 large puddles of water that had too be wiped up as they would never have dried even with the fans on. As I have recommended Zerorez to three of my neighbors, I am concerned that this should be called to your attention. The technician was training someone so not sure if it was an overlook.

I like that orange oil was used in the process. It left a clean, fresh smell. Not like a chemical smell. I like the clean feel of the carpet on my feet. There is ZERO residue.
Andres was a real good guy. He represented your company well. He was prompt and did his work with care had a real good attitude.

The carpet stays clean longer with Zerorez. There are no chemicals on the carpet for our cat to get on its paws. It seems to dry faster too.
