I like that it is mostly water that is used to clean and not harsh chemicals. I like that it dries fairly quickly.
I would like to get a reciept for my last cleaning, however. I thought that was coming in the email but I haven't recieved it yet.

Your service is so so professional done by the technicians. We had one gentleman who cleaned our three Different areas and he was very knowledgeable. We have 100% New Zealand carpeting in two rooms and he immediately explained to me that he would be treating that carpet differently from our bedroom carpeting which is not wool... he had an answer for every question I asked him regarding our carpets. He was courteous and quick. Beautiful job.
The tech was:
1. on time.
2 Called to let me know when he would arrive.
3. Very efficient.
4. Did not try to sell me additional services . For that reason I asked him to clean our living room
furniture.
5. He was professional in his conduct answering questions etc.
6. Overall pleasant experience.
